New Designs for Green Cards and Employment Authorization Documents

On May 1, 2017, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin issuing redesigned Permanent Resident Cards (aka “green” cards) and Employment Authorization Documents (EADs). Temporary Protected Status Designation to End in May 2017 for Certain Countries

On May 21, 2017, the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation will expire for Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. These three countries were designated for TPS due to the widespread transmission of the Ebola virus.
